Academic regulations

As a student registered with the Ƶ, you are governed by the general regulations and the programme regulations for your course.

Our regulations list the rules governing registration and assessment for all programmes. These are split into general regulations, and regulations for each programme.

General regulations

The general regulations cover the rules governing registration and assessment on all programmes.

You must also abide by your programme regulations. These have been developed by the academics responsible for the programme and provide more detailed rules for your course (often reflecting the associated arrangements on campus).

The general regulations also indicate what to expect on completion of your programme of study and, if you are dissatisfied, how to make a complaint.

If you wish to see earlier regulations, these can be viewed in the for current students.
