The 2024 Careers Registration Forum is going global! We will be hosting the event across 24th - 26th June, with one in person day focusing on UK policy contexts, and an online event with a global reach addressing employability in different international contexts.

We are delighted to bring together careers and employability practitioners, researchers and policy makers, to explore the further development and impact of careers registration as an established, sustained, evidence-based approach underpinning employability support in higher education both in the UK and globally.
Drawing on the research and expertise developed across the sector, and careers practitioners’ experiences of working with careers registration data, through our fantastic keynotes and range of workshops, poster sessions and discussions, we invite colleagues to connect with one another and explore latest innovations in careers registration, which are shaping services, strategy, and policy.

- The delegate rate for the UK Policy Contexts event taking place in person is £45
- The International Policy Contexts taking place online is free to attend
- Bookings will close on 17 June 2024
Call for papers
We now invite colleagues to submit brief abstracts of up to 250 words for workshops, and 150 words for posters.
Submissions are invited on any aspect of careers registration, and we would particularly welcome workshops, and posters addressing any of the following areas:
- The role of careers registration in advancing social mobility
- Embedding careers registration in employability strategy
- Tailoring careers provision
- Designing resources and activities for careers registration profiles
- Regional career readiness
- Distance learning, TNE and digital support
- Enhancing teaching and learning
- Alumni support
- Linking data
- Effectively engaging stakeholders with employability and career readiness (students, academics, employers)
- Longitudinal Analysis
Presentation formats
- You are invited to contribute to the conference in a variety of ways: Presenting an individual paper.
- Presenting a poster at our designated in-person and virtual poster sessions.
- The call for papers is open until 31 May 2024.
