This module aims to develop students’ knowledge and understanding of organisational structures and theoretical underpinnings relevant to the motivation and effective leadership of public health /health care organisations.It is a core module for students studying the Health Services Management stream of the MSc Public Health.
Please note: For the MSc Health in Humanitarian Crises programme, this module is not available to study as an individual module.
